Prices are per person based on Twin-Share accommodation, quoted in NZ$ and include commission, Goods and Services Tax, bicycle/bicycle accessories rental, route-guides and Cycle Touring Company Ltd. fee. Single person supplement of $95 per day except for ‘The Backpacker’ tours where there is no surcharge. |

Minimum recommended age 12 years accompanied or 18 years unaccompanied. No maximum age! |

A reasonable level of fitness is required as the terrain is hilly. 3 hours in the saddle should not be too uncomfortable. |

Payment by VISA, Mastercard or cheque welcome. Booking confirmed on 10% deposit with total amount to be received at least 4 weeks prior to start date of the tour. Route-guide prepared and posted following receipt of deposit. |

Cancellation Policy:
More than 4 weeks from departure: loss of 50% of deposit
Between 2 and 4 weeks of departure: loss of deposit
Within 2 weeks of departure: loss of 75% of full price. |

Insurance. All clients must be insured to cover this type of soft-adventure holiday. |

Your booking will be accepted on the condition that you accept all the risks associated with your soft-adventure holiday with the Cycle Touring Company Limited, including the possibility of accident or injury.

Good quality nutritious meals as indicated. Please advise of any special dietary requirements at time of booking. |

Your contract is between the Cycle Touring Company Limited and the person(s) travelling or intending to travel on a Cycle Touring Company Limited holiday. The contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions and is subject to New Zealand Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts. A contract exists when we issue a booking confirmation.
